Ltd has developed sugar-free food baking enhancer based on the internationally-acclaimed safe sweetener xylitol after years of research and development.
Our product is made from xylitol with the functional additive developed by us after pre-blending, blending and purifying. The quality is fully guaranteed because all the additives have passed the food safety tests and all the production process have been under the control of ISO9001 system.
The baked food made with our enhancer is characterized by sugar-freeness, good ferment and strong activated substance function. The baked food made with our enhancer tastes similarly as those made with sugar and it is puffy, soft, tasty and the tiny holes are distributed evenly. Xylitol can extend the shelf life of the products remarkably because of its anti-fermentation.Color appears very fast and evenly on the food during baking process. The baked food has good look and nice color at same time heat-proof and steady. Our product has been proved to be of top quality by several baking food producers’ experiments.
How to use: suggested adding amount: 20-30% of the amount of sugar. Proper adding ratio must be chosen according to different products. Suggested adding amount for cake: approximately 25%, approximately 20% for confection.
